The fortnightly walks are designed to help people build confidence in walking for everyday journeys, improve fitness, and connect with others in the community. Whether you're looking to get more active, explore your local area, or just enjoy a Spring stroll, these walks are a great way to start.

All walks are up to 1 hour, easy and suitable for all. A chance to meet and chat with the option for refreshments after the walk.

Walks are taking place on 12, 17 & 26 March and 7 & 21 April.  Visit the What's Happening Locally page of the website to find more information.

You can also find these walks and other activities on the Travel Actively Carlisle Facebook page – why not gives us a follow!
